Cosford Lane, Rugby (Acquisition)

Rotherhill is pleased to announce its latest acquisition, a 52,566 sq ft high specification industrial building on Cosford Lane, located in the heart of the ‘Golden Triangle,’ only two miles from Junction 1 of the M6 in Rugby.

The Cosford Lane property is being acquired from AW Precision, manufacturers of punch and die products, tooling accessories, and gas springs.

Commenting on the deal, Ed Jeffrey of Rotherhill says: “We have worked closely and collaboratively with the seller over a number of months. The purchase structure has been carefully considered to enable their seamless relocation from the premises and demonstrates our flexibility in accommodating the timeline and logistics involved.

A full programme of refurbishment is proposed and early engagement from interested parties will enable us to tailor any works to suit.”
