Rotherhill is pleased to announce the acquisition of the former Derby Wholesale Market which is situated off Pentagon Island, Derby. The site is positioned on Chequers Road which runs parallel with the A52 thus being highly visible from the A52, a major dual carriageway linking to the M1 motorway.

The purchase follows an extensive planning process with an application initially submitted for the creation of a multi-let industrial estate with unit sizes ranging from 550 to 30,000 sq ft in late 2020.
