UK Mail, Blenheim Industrial Estate, Nottingham

Rotherhill is pleased to confirm the successful completion of the refurbishment of the former Fiskars building at Blenheim Industrial Estate, Nottingham.

Contractors Lindum completed the refurbishment at the end of 2015 and UK Mail is now fully operational on the premises.

Rotherhill completed this transaction on behalf of a Hong Kong-based investor and has significantly increased the overall value of the building during the last 18 months.
