Rotherhill has completed the acquisition of a standing industrial investment located off Sadler Road, Lincoln. The building is let to Yodel Delivery Network, with just under 2 years unexpired.
The building extends to approximately 26,500 sq ft upon a site density of 2.47 acres, representing a low 24% site density. Sadler Road is situated within one of the principal industrial and motor trade locations for Lincoln.
The purchase provides asset management potential through a possible renewal or regear with the existing occupier. Alternatively, should the property become vacant, the property provides an opportunity to carve off the excess yard and deliver a separate single-unit development.
