Development land extending to 14 acres purchased from Samworth’s Plc and funded by Mattioli Woods Private Investor Club. The first phase of 100k sq ft across two buildings was delivered as freehold design and build solutions to Selective Market Place and BPX.
The second phase and final plot was forward funded by LondonMetric Plc on the basis of a pre-let 90,000 sq ft to EM Pharma with a further speculative 35,000 sq ft unit. The speculative unit was also subsequently occupied by EM Pharma. The project was completed in May 2023.
